Trying to find stories...

[The Amstor Computer]

Hi all.

I've been trying to track down a couple of stories I read - one of them possibly in 2000AD - in the early '80s.

One was a short, Future Shock-style chiller about vampires. I can recall very little about it other than the general mood, though I seem to remember it involving a whole planet being taken over by vampires.

It *may* have been in an Eagle special/annual because I remember reading it after one of those "how to be a comics writer/artist" text pieces that featured Doomlord.

The other is a bit more tricky. It was a violent strip about dinosaurs that ran for several issues of the comic I read it in. For a while, I suspected it might have been Flesh, but after finally reading that series, I'm convinced it wasn't - the strip I remember seemed to focus almost entirely on dinosaurs, with no human characters that I can remember.

I'm pretty sure both stories were in a Brit comic of around that period - and a fairly popular one as well.

Can anyone suggest what these strips might have been?

Eagle did a story called 'Bloodfang' - that might've been the Dinosaur one.

It wouldnt be 'Dinosty' would it? Though it was more a 90s thing i think
