Ro-Busters and Mega City One

In the Fall and Rise of Ro-Jaws and Hammerstein a robot colleague of the two droids moans that he won't be able to help build Mega City One.

I vaguely remember someone mentioning that at one point Ro-Jaws and Hammerstein were also seen watching the building of Mega City One.

Did this actually happen? If so can anyone point me in the direction of which prog this was in or if it was in Starlord?

Also interestingly in the background of this story which ran from Prog 103 - 115 a droid can be seen offering people Umpty Candy. Was this just a word which was popular in the Nerve Centre at the time like Drokk and Stomm or was Uncle Umpty operating in Britain earlier than anyone realised. He first appeared in Prog 145.

I remeber in Hammersteins war memoirs thing there was a bricklayer(?) character who was on about wanting to help build mega-city one after the war ("all those bricks!")

A judge appears at the end of the Ro-Busters story in the 1981 Starlord annual - however, Mega-City One isn't mentioned.

The ship saved by Charlie at the beginning of The Terra-Meks is travelling from Mega City One.

Also don't forget that Satanus turns up in Nemesis.

It seems to be Pat Mills' constant attempt at tying in as much 2K continuity as he can.  God only knows why.
