It should now be available to order from Amazon UK, the web shop, and comics stores throughout the UK. You can order it by ISBN (1-904265-09-X) from bookstores, too - UK bookstore distribution is via Red Route.

Button Man: The Killing Game should be available from the end of next week, with Hewligan's, Durham Red, The Making Of Judge Dredd: Dredd vs Death and Young Death to follow shortly.

What about Scarlet Cantos?
And the one off from 1111 - Mask of the Red Death?

Scarlet Cantos is OP from Hamlyn, but was so recent that I wanted to get DR kicked off with VERMIN...

However, the VS spine is listed as book 2 - EMPTY SUNS will be 3, and then I suspect I'll revisit Scarlet Cantos. As the stories effectively stand alone, it shouldn't be a problem - plus VS has a very lengthy recap on the front lapel.
