I think Nastybast is right - I had the same problem as you but I installed a new graphics card yesterday and it game now works fine.

My advice is to contact the relevant technical support team. I had a major problem with getting mine started. I got some advice (eventually) and it worked first time after that. In my case, I was experiencing problems because I was installing the game whilst having the virus checker on. I uninstalled the game, then disabled the virus checker, then reinstalled the game.
So, give the support team a call. They should be able to advise you on the proper course.
