but i must say removing his nonsense has restored my view of the board to normality and insanity and chatter about 2000ad.

his comment that caused me to do it.his suggestion that the board was full of castles and geeks,. withdrawn people.
i dont come here to be back at school. listening to the in crowd talk of football and how nice there new trainers are.why a boy should learn cookery or listen to that music.
which is the way i saw his comments.

so i choose to remove him from my circle of conversation. i feel the board as i see it is a better place for it.
for an experiment. try it remove hm for a few minutes. look at the board. put him back and see what it does.

its not petty, its simply makeing a decsion.
though i understand others questioning its use.

its sad to hear that many people will not be posting here for a short period of time.

for me the ones who have stated plus the ones who once posted regulary and have recently ceased is proof that the recent regular boarder has caused great discomfort.

but im happy to note many have began using the killfile,and with it posted the fact the baord seems like a good place as it always has been.

i hope that those who are currently taking a break will return. for selfish reasons i hope that. as i really enjoy laughing out loud whilst spending time here. or considering my own personal take on scripts and art work after listening to others.

and often just sharing wonderful things.
which i believe this board has always been a specail place for.

well sort of... i still don't feel like cuddling anyone much.

You see, i feel the troll has won. wether we argue or killfile not being the point. The most disapointing thing for me in this fiasco is lack of solidarity or directness on the whole..

speaking personally, within my 2nd or 3rd response to RC, when i politely tried to explain why his behavior was inflamatory etc etc, asked that should i ever step out of line, people would tell me. If i'm wrong, or being a pain, for gruds sake tell me. Friends do that, they tell it straight, stick up for me or tell it straight & tell me to back off. This friendliest place on the web hasnt been.. i feel like so many people have turned their backs, shoffled of, stomped off, moaned & made preachy generalised backstabbing critisisms..

friends (after family) are the bestest best things ever, worth fighting & going the extra mile for, wether its 3D friends or wierdly 2D computer friends ( some of course are both ), i expect friends to tell me straight or stick up for me, which is what i do. I'm very saddened that the troll has bust up this sense of community. My 3D pals wouldve grouped together & frogmarched the trouble maker out so damn fast ( & bikker about the rights  wrongs together afterwards ). They'd never let anyone speak to me in an insulting manner, nor me them.

 I'm afraid my post apocolyspse tribe is going to be smaller than i hoped.

in a group. i would have walked away from him. but we cant. he still can be heard. but i found that subtracting him from the group did it for me.
Killfile option.

my reason for killfile. his post which was bllody awful, and aimed at us all. about castles in the sky. withdrawn geeks etc. never mind.

it was  step to far. so in my own way. i di frog march him out. the kilfile made the baord a better place again. those strong enough to ignore him.plus the majority o us :~) i like to think so.who did killfile his nonsense have banded together.
you and johhnyeyebrows led the charge. plenty of us followed.
i have not spoken his name here since. nor do i post jibes about him. he does not exsist for me.

so i believe we did stick together. we did manage to stop his nonsense. lets hope the others return.
and lets rebuild it to its former levels again.

plenty of great topics for a saturday i notice. which is a very positive thing.

Whoa, whoa, woa, whoa!!

I'm away for what, two weeks? And the board has almost been destroyed!! That'll teach me. Reading through a few of the other threads, this 'rc' is obviously a total prat, and I killfiled him without thinking twice. If he's caused people to leave and caused some of the bonds here to be weakened, then it's a real shame. I've missed all this, so I'll continue to post here when I can, and I hope that people won't leave.

He's just a silly troublemaker, ignore him!!
