Turns out I might be down that way round about then.  How much are the stalls, and could I buy a half-stall or something?

Not sure how much interest there'd be for a spoof 70's kids comic at this thing.  but if I'm about I'd maybe consider it.

Cheers

Paul

come to think of it, not sure we'd count as a web or mini-somic.

Well, I've e-mailed to see if there are any tables left.  I'm planning to do this with Finnegan Sinister from the board, as he has a web comic.  Would a third person like to join in, or give us a couple of quid towards the table to sell their comic on the day.

Basically I'll be in London/Bracknell the week before anyway, and it'll be my birthday on my day, so what better way to celebrate my completely wasted life.

Cheers

Paul

Yay, lets all waste our lives together.

I'd be interested Paul, if you're still got some room on the table.  I'll try to get Starscape 3 out in time for it (with absolutley incredible art for Damage Circus).  Let me know one of the several ways you already know about.

You know I still think Starscape, Solar Wind and Futurequake should be in a publishing house together.

Hi Chris, yeah, I'd be delighted to have you on the table, you need to fill in a exhibitors form from the COMIX website saying you won't sell red hot porn and the like and then you're in!

I have yet to pay as my paypal account has suddenly been plundered, but basically, Finn can put a little towards the stall (largely his ?3), so the rest would be split between us, about ?20 each.

As for the latter, well, the more that's going on the better generally, in my next issue, which probably won't be out for then, I'll have ads in for all you guys.

Cheers!

Will the first two issues be on sale there as well?

Certainly!  It's issue 3 I'm not so sure about.  Depends on one artist finishing on time (well, slightly late to be honest).

In case you want proof of just how great the Damage Circus art is for issue 3, try for a look at RedEye #2 (available via Diamond at your LCS) which has a preview.

Hmm...

pvs: I'm gonna contribute a tenner in person including that 3 quid seat price which makes it's slightly fairer and am posting my application form tommorow.

Super Hero Store: Um, i've been e-mailing you for weeks with art that you said you were interested in and to no reply, to say the least i'm getting worried (sent under the name of Aaron "Smurf" Murphy.

Last one I got was a message on the 4th of February in which you said it was 2/3rds pencilled.  Have you sent any more messages?

If that was the last one, I'm just waiting for the finished article, that's all.  After all, we already agreed to give it (a one-page humour shot) a try.

If you've sent more - well, we've got a problem Houston...

paulvonscott

I was just joshing finn, just what you can afford, I appreciate you aren't actually selling anything like me and Chris and are travelling some way for it.

Aaron Smurf Murphy

Damn, since then I sent a deadline for the work and on Sunday I sent the finished piece minus letters that I was adding at the time...

...We do indeed have a problem...

Finny.
