I don't know if this is viable or desirable but I'm reminded of something that was said at Dredd:con. Aparantly with the Metro Dredd being such an odd format they're unlikely to be collected in a book, but would be doable in an Extreme Edition.

So, how about an Extreme Edition dedicated to all that stuff that's never been collected/reprinted/printed in the first place?

Metro Dredd - should be at least 26 pages worth of that by the end of the run.

Metal Hammer Terror Tales - 6 half pages, by the look of things. Mr. Irving has written some interesting commentaries for his work on this site, so could they be accompanied by similar notes?

Sin Dex, those one page tales, possibly Metal Hammer - are there any left that haven't seen light of day?

Dredd vs Death tie in tale - was that in the 'Making of'? If so, forget that.

And, perhaps unlikely - Chronos Carnival 3. It's out there somewhere. It could be a lost classic.

Floyd-the-k

they could do an ee with Metro Dredd and some of the Daily Star dredds

Apologies for sounding undignified, but I am on my knees, drooling and shaking for a complete collection of Daily Star Judge Dredds... I must have all of Ron Smith's Dredd artwork!

the metro collection may some day see the light of graphic novel.

ah - I know the answer to that one - The database is right to say the first story is Devils Island, but tis not Ron Smith art - its the McMahon art from the original Prog 2 story cut and pasted to mock up how the strip would look - so impressed were the Daily star that they ran it!

I'd love a collection of the Mike Collins DSDs as well as the Ron Smith ones.
