New Earthlette, new reader...hopefully

Just to PROUDLY announce, on Wednesday the 3rd of March at 12:40 GMT my wife gave birth to our baby daughter Ella Louise ?something? Teegan Doherty (er?we still haven?t decided the name properly).
Born almost 4 weeks early she weighs in at 5.7lbs and has a huge shock of black hair and hazel eyes.

My wife had a lot of complications for the birth and it?s been a very difficult time but both mother and baby but their now doing fine.

I haven?t stopped smiling.

GOD! Now I need to put all my Star Wars/Dr.Who/Batman stuff out of reach permanently instead of when friends kids come round?EEK!

Oh the Teegan but ISN?T a nod to Dr.Who it?s actually Cornish for ?small precious thing?, (well that?s what the name book said!) and as she was ?made? in Cornwall it?s a DAMN sight better than calling her Agnes after the place she was conceived in!

Just think in a few years she?ll be drawing all over my precious 2000AD?s!....#sigh#
