Important news! Those Earthlets who may be having trouble getting hold of Prog 1382, fear not, the Galaxy's Greatest has not succumbed to a vile plot by the Dictators of Zrag and been vanquished to the outer reaches of the universe - instead, due to a courier error, several thousand have gone missing in transit. This is mainly going to affect the Midlands area.

Given the price charged for back issues, people would be better off just asking a border to get one for them and put it in the post and pay the extra for the stamp and envelope.
