meanwhile, i hate this happythread, can i kill it? my car is failing MOT & must die. i must find some hundreds within a fortnight or face cycling 5+ miles a day with boxes balanced on my head... how am i going to get to fire calls outs in 3 minutes on my bike for gruds sake ?! my legs ache, my back hurts. all the vans for sale are over 200miles away. i am not happy. GRRRRRR.

Yeah Bou, my car failed its MOT today too, what a bummer!  On the upside I've got crisp, new unread prog awaiting me :) And a new icon --  Achtung! Eat hot leaden death you englander pigdogs! ( 'cept  Max ).

We ordered a new suite of furniture, to be delivered on Monday. So, monday morning, we called one of the charuty shops, and gave them the old set (it was still in alright nick).
Of course, the new set didn't bloody arrive. Hopefully we get it on Friday. In the meantime, I like to pretend I'm in The Last Samurai, and sit on the floor.
The children love it though. They can run everywhere now...

Aieee ! its car death magedon out there.. Max you are lucky then that i imagine they have invented public transport in your area? here there is NONE. NONE, zilch, NADA.

whats galling is that if my EVIL dog hadnt been so EVIL, i could have prolly flogged mine for 2huned or so, but chewed belts, gear knob, doors, steering wheel & hairy seats, on TOP of the mechanical problems... eeeh OOOh. whats galling is of course that it still drives fine & will do for some miles yet, still when i drive it to the scrappies, i shall allow it to make a ton just one last time ( on a specially liscenced racetrack of course). anyone wana buy a dog ?

and now theres the family rows, me lookng for a ?50 banger within a 150mile radius has turned into " mum buy that 205 van in norfolk immediately".... whats that a 30 hour hitch from here?
theres a dennis fire engine on auto trader for ?700 how cool ?
