I thought it was like Dave Gibbons, really nice though- is it the guy who did that cockney demon-posessed gangster thing?

I agree with you about the Dave Gibbons influence.

The cockernee gangster was Carver Hale. Dylan Teague did ink some of that but it was mostly drawn by Mike Perkins.
Dylan also inks Warthog in the Megazine.

Staz Johnson drew the Future Shock 'Old Red' about the horny giant space whale.

David Roach did some great work on Anderson and Nemesis the Warlock.
