Personally I object to St George being our patron saint.
The reason being that "he " probably didn't exist... and even if he did .., he has absolutly no connection to England. I say that if your still going to have a patron stain then they should at least meet the qualifications of
1/ existing.
2/ a strong connection to the country who has adpoted him/her.

That isn't too much to ask, is it?

I went in to my local comic shop the other day and found this book

IMO it is the best "How to" guide for making digital comics I have read. It is all about the photoshops and the guy even has a couple of very useful file paths free on his web site

Matt Brooker is all about Adobe Photo shop and so is Mrs Tweak (who is a Children's illustrator) in fact most people are about photoshop for any photo or digital image manipulation.

There is also the free share ware Gimp which is almost as good as CS3 http://www.gimp.org/

I would really suggest a few hours looking on some editing forums and just see what every one says there

Well the series creator (Chris Boucher) compalied that the BBC kind of sabutaged the series... Nathen Spring SHOULD have been played by an actor about 10-15 years younger... That is how he envisioned the chareter anyway.

I do love Star Cops... and of course Blakes-7 ... (think they share the same distopian feel as 2000Ad to)

So you don't like colourful big letters? Well you might have to start using them once EU rules come into play.(to help the visually and cognative impaired... it's a legal requirment for proffessional sites and it is only a matter of time before they insist ALL site comply) My folks at my board all use distinctive font and colour ... But if you guys don't like it I'll try and control my more... colourful urges.

Some may consider me just a little too old to be interested in 2000 AD and regrettably I am a "latecomer" to the publication because I only learnt about the publication after my boyfriend kept shoving copies under my nose in the initially vain hope of piquing my interest.
So you'll have to pardon my ignorance on a lot of things...
Please don't hit me.
I am the admin for two websites... please come and take a look... Although I will warn you in advance that a friend is already running most of the best 2000 AD characters if you are interested in joining in. (Sorry Judge Dredd, Johnny Alpha, Rogue Trooper and Nikolai Dante have gone. (and the only one I control is Durham Red... SOME of us don't have to over compensate!)

Anyway I have many interests, a strong sense of humour and the ridiculous and sometimes the occasional mad theory... I think that covers everything...
