It does exist! It exists in a series of vanity projects paid for by Pete Wells.

Edmund Bagwell's cover is up. I absolutely love this, the city looks amazing. A touch of Ezquerra, McMahon, Taylor and loads of Bagwell. Really brilliant.

Also a touch of the Colin Wilsons... Reminded me straight away of the 'Sweet Taste of Justice' Dredd tale from the 1981 Sci-Fi special, with Dredd-on-bike overlooking the mega-ways sprawled below.  Great cover, anyway!

Now, back the the business at hand: Block Wars!
