The city-blocks are some of the best I've seen. Personal note: would've like things to be a little less grey. There's been enough grey in the prog in previous weeks.

Bagwell is so bloody good at that realistic look.  If Vertigo wasn't apparently imploding he'd have been stolen long ago.

Can I make out the words Gavin 'something' Block on that cover??
DDT did a job on me

judda fett

I think so.
Pete, can you have a better look just to make sure.

As a bastardised lawman once said, "Ah noo yood say that!"

Edmund wrote to say the other block is Rufus Dayglo Block. Apparently the Leahy block is a slum block in the grottier parts of MC1...

It does exist! It exists in a series of vanity projects paid for by Pete Wells.

Y'know, tormenting poor Pete is the best fun we've had round here for ages.

Good value at only a tenner.

Even my beloved Covers Blog thread tarnished by injustice! What a terrible world we live in...  :'(

Edmund Bagwell's cover is up. I absolutely love this, the city looks amazing. A touch of Ezquerra, McMahon, Taylor and loads of Bagwell. Really brilliant.

Also a touch of the Colin Wilsons... Reminded me straight away of the 'Sweet Taste of Justice' Dredd tale from the 1981 Sci-Fi special, with Dredd-on-bike overlooking the mega-ways sprawled below.  Great cover, anyway!

Now, back the the business at hand: Block Wars!   ;)

Just think a whole MC-1 city block for only a tenner....  :'(
