More from the recent exhibition 'Ka-Boom - the art of creating comics' by Neill Cameron. This time it's a look at fictional comics editors - including some familiar 2000AD faces / droids.

If folks have picked up Neill Cameron's X365 I really can't recommend it highly enough.

More info and link to where you can pick it up from Neill's shop.

Some more (slow!) progress made on tracking down all the 'Buster' puzzle books - just 1 more needed now (I think)

Quote from: Richard S. on 18 May, 2023, 06:38:35 AMMore early comics by The Etherington Brothers unearthed...

https://boysadventurecomics.blogspot.com/2023/05/updated-etherington-brothers-comics.html

Wow never heard of those - I became aware of The Etherington via The Phoenix and have since picked up Monkey Nuts and Baggage but to discover there's so much other stuff is aces. Mind a quick enay search reveals the only issues of Malcolm Magic at the moment are 1-6 listed for £190ish! Another one for the list to look out for!

Richard S.

yep agree - I had no idea there was so much extra Etherington Brothers stuff out there until I started looking into their 'small press' stuff. I've seen those Malcolm Magic comics for £190 (reduced from £200) and I'll use the images on a further update.

'Skydancers' from Marvel UK - may have been a magazine rather than a comic but information is VERY hard to come by
