There is a link, Oddboy...

Oddboy

I linked.

It doesn't tell you much.

Is it a TV show?
Will it be shown in the UK?
What channel?
When?

Quirkafleeg

They filmed a whole series in five weeks! This I gotta see!!

Jared Katooie

Well...

From what I can gather, it's an upcoming comedy sci-fi TV series. It's British and has a fansite and yahoo group despite not being on the telly yet.

paulvonscott

There's some sort of mini-event at the bristol comics convention.  As far as I can gather it's a low budget TV series.  Not sure if they've done a Garth Marenghi and are just going to present it to some TV show.

Oddboy

yeah... after you start reading the fansite...

There's nothing to suggest that it's either (a) British or (b) comedy from the main site.

It gives the impression of Star Trek/Gate gumpf rather then RedDwarf...
New Sci-fi british comedy is definitely welcome, after RD went so horribly down hill in the last few series.

It smells of spoof.... but's it's got Claudia Christian in it so (if real) it'll get a ton of coverage in SFX at least

paulvonscott

Well, it's got Jeremy Bullock in, he was in Chocky, he wouldn't try to trick us.

It's supoosed to be SF humour.  Well, I'll give it a go, if it's ever on TV.

I'd like to see a lot more micro productions ending up on TV.  No doubt there would be a lot of rubbish, but some good might come of it.

Tordelbach

Jeremy Bullock!  'im off Robin of Sherwood and Star Wars!  Cool!

An episode of Tripping The Void accidentally got recorded on one of the DVD+Rs of British TV I've had sent over here... Ugh! Ugh! Spit! Spit! Gargh!
