Yeah, the walkers are the absolute epitome of horror. Deep, soul-quaking, utterly hopeless horror, from which there is no escape. Both The Walking Dead and Romero's six movies (including Survival, because it's going to be great, obviously) are the peak of this- and you have no idea how much it pleases me to say this because for YEARS we never thought we'd get as good as Romero from anywhere else... and then along comes Walking Dead, and maybe, maybe, it's even better than the "source".

The runners are good for a laugh, but they are inherently ludicrous. Might as well be space monsters, or flying daleks. The closest runners have got to being scary is in the marvellous Dead Set.

In answer to the question "isn't it enough?", well, the answer is most definately NO. Thre can NEVER be enough zombies. Both figuratively and literally.
