HOO-HAA

My halloween was spent signing books and watching Dawn Of The Dead at Castlecourt Mall, Belfast (www.nightatthemaul.com)

Anyway, here's the pics. I'm the crazy bald dude in the dress:

Thanks, Mike!

My girlfriend (the cheerleader in the pics) is the one who should be credited with the make-up skills.

It was a great night! The bus journey down was particularly cool...  ;D

Well done to the Femme of the Haa household then.  *applause*

Travelling somewhere in Hallowe'en gear is always funny.  I remember lviing in Bristol I went to a nightclub as Darth Maul.  Met a Darth Vader on the way, so naturally, without any chat or preamble, we had a lightsabre duel there and then in the street while our mates looked on and chuckled.

I let him win out of deference to his supreme sith powers.  And that he was about 8 stone heavier than me.

Tanky

A tad predictable from me this year after last minute line-up shuffles forced a change of outfit...

The specs rather spoil the illusion, but I cannae DJ without em!
Lots of photos of the whole event available here for facebookers...

Trout

Some great costumes here, but that's not how you spell "cinnamon".

THERE CAN BE NO TOLERANCE FOR POOR SPELLING.

Silk Spectre II, Beetlejuice, Danger Mouse (Me) and Goku

Holy feck, 'Goku' is the exact double of my brother.  That is not a little freaky.

Gavin_Leahy_Block

Not at all, maybe his actual costume was as your brother dressed as Goku.

Wouldn't that be even more freaky?!

Peter Wolf

He looks like Alex James.

Spot on there, PW.  In the good old days, my brother reportedly fancied himself as an Alex James lookalike (although he really wanted to be Damon).  Sadly he now (apparently) looks like Goku (I have no idea who that is, BTW, and have chosen to retain the mystery by not googling - I'm just that old).  Don't feel too sorry for him, the jammy bugger is a lifeguard on Bondi Beach.

By the way, that Laurie is very.

Very, what TB?

There really is not much point googling it TB, it's not that interesting. But i'm guessing one or two here will know who he is ment to be.
