Sci-Fi news column

Hi,

I seem to remember, during the 80's the comic had an irregular Sci-Fi news column (can't remember what it was called). Got me thinking - how about putting a weekly/biweekly column with the latest news about sci-fi in the comic.

I'd think it would interest a lot of readers, and would probably draw in readers from other mags like SFX, DreamWatch etc... ...especially as 2000AD would be able to feature news stories well in advance of the others...

It's very simple really. The whole decline of comics in this country has been linked to their absence, only we've never noticed it before.
