According to Total film the music used when people use SloMo in the film is actually a Justin Bieber track slowed down by a ridiculous amount! Dredd,Bieber!!

It's not, though it was used as a temp track when they were cutting the film. The composer on the film scored his own music that is similarly slowed down using the same software.
