Its funny when comics are new I'm not overly fussed about the letters page. However when it comes to back issues and older comics I love them. Add a real scene of time and place to the comic.

^^This^^
Aside from the content in the comic the letters (and fan's pictures) in old comics can really take you back. A friend of mine got a picture published in an old ROTJ Weekly (Yagton Fett, brother of Boba Fett). Any time I take a look at it I'm ten again, I can remember the Saturday we bought the comic and saw his drawing.

Some sage advice while we're here, it is important to do what you enjoy, remember it's not all about a celery.. Now that isn't exactly rocket science but food for thought nonetheless.

Mr Turner. Timothy Spall at his phlegmy best as the titular Turner, painting and low growling his way to greatness. Looks lovely and was quite enjoyable but have a spare arse cushion ready as its a long 'un.

Painted a black base coat then the colours and then scratched back the final coat to give the figure a chipped aged look..

Posted this on facebook recently, a vintage style 1970's ish Judge Dredd figure. About 4", four points of articulation, sculpted and painted in a 1970's style using sculpy clay and acrylic paint. Apologies for crappy photos..

Primed and ready to paint.

Coming along nicely. Looking forward to seeing the progress!

Apologies if its been mentioned elsewhere but when will these start shipping? Got my order in this morning. Sidney arrived in good speed so fingers crossed Dredd and Lawmaster will follow suit.

The quote is for 2nd Q 2016 so April-June but experience with 3A would suggest 3rd Q 2016 at best.

Surely you meant 3rd Q 2018 :)

Cheers chaps.. Just remembered that when I received Judge Death I had actually forgotten I'd ordered it so yeah, bedding in for cryostasis..
