Check out my music.

I am the loneliest monk (can you remember who said that would be a cool name for a band on here?)

As we can't edit our posts after wards, why not have us go to a preview page before we post? That way we could check out html, etc...

Would mean less posts as we wouldn't have multiple posts or have to correct mistakes as often.

What do you think?

Prog / Prog 1449: Deadlier Than The Male

Quite like this cover, fitting for the prog with the doble lenght last atavar episode ever in it. And at least it doesn't look like the last panel of last week's episode.

1450 issues in a new Savage series. Now we know next week's line up. Dredd, Robo-Hunter, Leather Jack, and Savage.

Like the prog over all.

These are all pretty revealing spoilers, but hidden in html, so it's your fault if you read them and didn't want to.

looking forward to next week.

Film & TV / I just saw The Day After Tomorrow
20 July, 2005, 07:00:09 AM
This thread is general as it was on a DVD Tharg gave me.

I'd like to thank you all for making it an enjoyable film. I came at it with such low expectations from reading all you'd said about it that i liked it, it was far better than i had expected, my dad didn't like it, but he came thinking it'd be quite good, and didn't like it.

I think it's message was good. Even if it wasn't technically accurate. Yes, the Mediterranean sea will still be there and Europe will look like a white version of now (nazis will be pleased).
Pity the Mediterranean ocean would disappear again, and the oceans would have begun to freeze over buy then, especially near the coast.

Prog / Prog 1444: Ghoul Fight
18 June, 2005, 06:44:06 PM
Good Prog over all.

Nice colours for the cover,

Dredd is progressing nicely, damn that russian dude, and Vienna for hating Dredd

Sin Dex: Interesting time line, much like from grace, think it works.

Shakara: The snail lady has six tits!! that must be why she's a 'mouthwatering object of desire throughout the universe' quite funny strip

Atavar is good somewhat predictable fun

Caballistics disses Scotland so much, very funny.

And a Doomlord advert!

Other Reviews / 1438: The Shape Of Things To CONE
08 May, 2005, 05:11:21 PM
Oh what a terrible Cover Pun.

Tharg Pluggs Bristol Comic Expo and Small Press, especially Futurequake.

No Droid life :(

Dredd: Radstock P2: Good Story development. poor dead punks :( The last panel is very nice.

VCs: Veto P7: Pretty good, Ryx is pretty hard, taking them all on.

Slain: Odacon P3: I hope this is leading to what it seems to be. The sniffer demon is rather cool.

Bec and Kawl: Attack Of The Cones P2: Funny as always.

American Gothic P7: Developing quite nicely.

And the cover:

Prog / Prog 1431: Escape to Victory
20 March, 2005, 03:13:40 AM
This is a jolly good prog. Nice endings to Dredd, Dante and 2ndCB.

next weeks TSDM promisses to be action filled if this weeks ending is anything to go by.

Sin Dex was good. Though Dex was nowhere to bee seen. I like the way Finny was playing pong for 8 hours, and the hugenumber of fag ends piled up at his feet.

Dante returns in Prog 1433. Next week has the start of book 4 of the VCs. Dredd in Descent by Gordon and Boo. And the debut of American Gothic.

I really can't wait for that Debut.

Sadly no P14 of spleen venting this issue.

Pretty nice cover by MR JB. Though horseboy looks rather odd. But it's the style of cover i like most. And as soon as the cover is on the site it will be linked to bellow
